The GrotonFest Family of Events
The GrotonFest Family of Events is three annual community festivals celebrated in downtown Groton, Massachusetts. Our festivals showcase local culture, art, food, and entertainment. The events feature a variety of activities designed to engage residents and visitors alike. Attendees can explore booths from local artisans, sample delicious food from local restaurants, and enjoy live music and performances that highlight the talents of community members.
Children’s activities, such as face painting and interactive games, create a family-friendly atmosphere, while local businesses often take part by promoting their products and services. The festival serves as a gathering point for the community, fostering connections among residents and providing a platform for local organizations to share information about their initiatives.

Parking: Along Main Street and all public town parking lots (except for Prescott Community Center’s parking lot).

GrotonFest Fall just celebrated its 45th year bringing together residents and visitors alike for a day of fun, food, and showcasing our local organizations. This family-friendly event features a diverse array of activities, including live music performances, local artisans showcasing their crafts, a variety of food vendors offering delicious options from sweet treats to savory bites, activities for children, and community organizations sharing information about their services. GrotonFest fosters a sense of community spirit and celebrates the unique character of Groton, making it a highlight of the year for all involved.

GrotonFest Winter is an annual celebration that brings the community together to enjoy the beauty and festivities of the season. Held in early December, this event transforms the town into a winter wonderland, complete with festive decorations, local artisan vendors, live entertainment, local food trucks, and seasonal activities for all ages.
Whether you are wandering through the market, enjoying live entertainment, or savoring seasonal treats, GrotonFest Winter is a highlight of the holiday season.
Parking: Along Main Street and at the end of Station Avenue, by the Rail Trail.
